Sophie Page is the Owner’s Representative at Sydney’s leading superclub, Home The Venue, where she oversees all business activities from promotions and music, to management of regulatory and compliance.
The daughter of Sydney entertainment moguls, Simon and Susanah Page, Sophie has lived and breathed the music industry her entire life. From the legendary early days of Sublime, to the resounding success of Homemade Saturdays – a weekly event supporting local up-and-coming talent that has now been running for 11 years – Sophie’s creativity, influence and passionate advocacy continue to shape the local industry landscape.
A proud ambassador for the Enough is Enough Anti Violence Movement, Sophie has spoken publicly about the need for a holistic approach to tackling alcohol-fuelled violence and anti social behaviour, based on personal responsibility and reform by education. She is particularly active in engaging with local schools and youth populations on these important topics.
Since the lock out legislation, Sophie has been instigated multiple initiatives to curb anti-social behaviour and support youth issues including founding “Home Gives a S#!t”, where a percentage of Home’s door income supported a range of local charities working for youth issues including violence, drug abuse and homelessness.
